This bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employment and taxation of foreigners in the Czech Republic. Foreigners coming from third countries specifically from Ukraine. Bachelor thesis deals with the explanation of the theoretical basics and the definition of the legal regulations governing this area. The obligations for employees and employers resulting from the employment relationship and the principles of taxation of nonresidents are defined subsequently.

The bachelor thesis deals with taxation of foreigners - residents and non-residents - in the Czech republic. It explains the differences between cooperation with the States of the European Union, contracting and non-contracting States. The main aim is definition of basic differences and finding the ways to optimize the tax liability of foreigners. Attention is also moving in specific cases that are resolved by the agreements for the avoidance of double taxation between the Czech Republic and Slovakia or the Czech Republic and France.

Its aim is to explain the theoretical background of this issue, analyze the labor market situation and clarify the principle of taxation of foreigners. In the analytical part, this knowledge will be applied to individual cases and in the design part, for each taxpayer will be proposed a solution to reduce tax liability as much as possible.

The Master’s Thesis analyses the employing of the foreigners in the Czech republic. It focuses on the interposition of the job opportunities for the incoming foreign students at Brno University of Technology. It tries to find out the attitude of the foreigners to this theme and upon the analysis of the current situation it brings the suggestions for the extensions of the activities of the International Students Club with the view of improving the relationship between BUT and the foreign students.

Civil protection takes critical and necessary part of security for citizens of the Czech Republic at present. One important task of civil protection is inform and warn citizens against a potential or have already encountered threat. Due to the increasing number of foreigners located in our area is shown as necessary to address the timely information of foreigners in this area. Comparison of access to information for foreigners in other countries with the current state of the Czech Republic can inspire us to a possible solution to this issue. Appropriate communication tools helps us with effective transfer of information to the target group. It is important to change the attitude of individuals and responsible authorities on this problems.

The bachelor thesis deals with the employment of foreign workers in the manufacturing sector in the South Moravian region. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and contexts in the field of migration and employment of foreign workers. The analytical part is divided into two parts. In the first part, freely available secondary data are processed. In the second part, an own qualitative research is carried out, which includes semi-structured interviews with employers and employees. On the basis of interviews, the most important findings and problems related to the employment of foreigners in the manufacturing sector are identified. In conclusion, recommendations are formulated that will contribute to improving the situation in the field of employment of foreign workers in the manufacturing sector in the South Moravian region. In the end, the most important findings and limits of the work are discussed.
